September 29, 2017 – Primary Care Doctor (Dr. F) finds a lump in my right breast

November 9, 2017 – Right breast ultrasound; bilateral breast mammogram; right breast biopsy

November 14, 2017 – Breast cancer diagnosis is confirmed through biopsy results

November 17, 2017 – Bilateral Breast MRI

November 27, 2017 – Second opinion appointment at Cancer Center; possibility of metastatic disease discovered

November 28, 2017 – PET/CT Scan at Cancer Center; likelihood of metastatic breast cancer based on preliminary results

December 8, 2017 – Consultation with Interventional Radiologist for bone biopsy

December 13, 2017 – Bone biopsy to confirm metastatic disease

December 18, 2017 – Confirmation of metastatic disease to bones; treatment plan meeting with Dr. G; treatment started: Xgeva, Lupron, letrozole

January 15, 2018 – Second doses of Xgeva, Lupron received; first follow up with Dr. G at Cancer Center

January 18, 2018 – Start Ibrance 1st cycle, continue Xgeva, Lupron, and letrozole

February 15, 2018 – Start Ibrance 2nd cycle, continue Xgeva, Lupron, and letrozole

March 15, 2018 – Start Ibrance 3rd cycle, continue Xgeva, Lupron, and letrozole

March 19-25, 2018 – Skip 1 week of Ibrance due to persistent sinus infection

April 2, 2018 – 1st PET/CT Scan at Cancer Center after starting treatment; results show shrinking tumors and metabolic activity

April 12, 2018 – Start Ibrance 4th cycle, continue Xgeva, Lupron, and letrozole
